A Little About Me

Outside of my work as a registered provisional psychologist, I am a parent, soccer coach, community volunteer, and lifelong learner. I understand the realities of balancing responsibilities, showing up for others, and trying to care for your own wellbeing at the same time.

Over the years, I've worked in mental health as a counsellor, leader, advocate, and provisional psychologist, supporting people through trauma, grief, relationship challenges, eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and life's many transitions.

What continues to draw me to this work is helping people make sense of overwhelming experiences and reconnect with strengths they may have lost sight of along the way.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who spend so much time caring for others that they rarely make space for themselves. They often appear to have everything together on the outside while quietly carrying stress, grief, self-doubt, or exhaustion beneath the surface.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely understood. My role is not to tell you how to live your life. It is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, evidence-based tools, and practical support as you move toward the life you want to create.

Warm, practical, evidence-informed therapy for people carrying more than anyone knows.

My Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based therapies and tailor treatment to the individual sitting in front of me. Together, we will explore the patterns shaping your experiences while developing strategies that fit your life and goals.

My work is informed by training and experience in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, eating disorders, and sports psychology. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, managing ADHD, or recovering from burnout, therapy can help you better understand what is happening and move forward with greater confidence.
